Fully Automatic PET Strap Winder with Max OD 820mm and Integrated Automatic Palletizing System

The CQA800F is designed for one out of six or one out of eight PET strap production lines with robotic arm integration. This strap winder winds straps in parallel directly from the extruder and operates independently once material is manually applied. The system can be integrated into fully automated production plants and handles PET straps with widths ranging from 9-32mm depending on configuration.

When a winding package reaches the desired circumference, it is automatically wrapped with film by the integrated winder and transferred via the transport system to the roller conveyor below. Simultaneously, a new winding tube is fed from the magazine, enabling fully automatic continuous operation. The compact design allows installation in confined spaces.

Operation Process: When finished products arrive at the conveyor belt positioning position, the robotic arm grabs the finished product onto the pallet until one layer is complete. The robotic arm then picks up the cardboard finished product pallet and repeats the action until the finished product pallet is fully stacked.
